So a bunch of well known YouTubers (including my personal favourite, CaptainSparklez and our own Antvenom) took part in the Minecraft Hunger Games and it really looks intensely fun!

I can't wait to see more and I really am getting excited for our own Hunger Games event, which... I will of course be recording from my own point-of-view. I wanna see if I can get some moderately big names to join us as well.

Rules of The Survival Games:
-Only one player can win The Survival Games.
-You can not break any blocks, expect for leaves and mushrooms.
-You are only allowed to place blocks you find in chests.
-Your inventory must be empty before you start the game.
-No player is allowed to enter the host house.

Rules for the host of The Survival Games:
-The host shall light the netherrack the first night.
-The host is allowed to add any weapons or food he/she want at any time in the center chests, after the second day has passed.
-The host is allowed to spawn zombies, creepers or skeletons after the second day has passed.

That looks like fun! Can't wait.

We can add this map to our current world? If so how do you do that? Like can this map be placed in our PvP zone?

I don't know if you can simply add it to our server. Plus it has secret resources in many small caves and trees in which we'd have to refill it each time we hold an event. Not to mention griefers.

If anything, I can simply host a server for like a month and I can upload the map so we can all play on it. I'd give all permissions to you and Derek so you can manage it. I just wanna score some frags

I just lold so fkin hard at that server crash.

Fuck yea I am! I watched the videos from a couple POV's and it looks intense. It would be cool if we changed the secret items and locations of secret items every couple of rounds. That way it stays fresh and people don't know where the good stuff is.

you have to have the instant rush slaughter zone though

After watching 5 different POVs of that round, I noticed a couple of flaws: Anything above stone/leather is OP. Not to mention the 'losers' of that round wouldn't stop spawning crap. It was a good match though the first half was probably the more interesting and legit, and then afterwards all hell broke loose.

I was so sad when nanner died he should've stayed with sparklez

The Hunger Games starting area is almost complete, however I need some help from a redstone pro as I'm not quite sure how to get all the platforms to raise at the same time. If anyone can help me out with this please let me know!

im not pro with redstone but i do have a pretty good understanding of how it works and i can give you a hand with it sometime.
